Sell with Soil to Soul Commons
A Farm Stop and Community Commons
If you grow food, raise animals, or make goods rooted in the land, we’re building this with you in mind.
Soil to Soul Commons is forming a Foundation Producer Circle, a small, founding group of farmers and producers who want a reliable, fair, and values-aligned way to bring their work to the community. This is an invitation to help shape a local market that respects your labor, your margins, and the realities of seasonal production.
We’re starting slowly and intentionally. Early producers will help define how the Commons operates, how products are stewarded, and how relationships with customers are built from the beginning.
We have the intention of announcing our physical location by March 20, 2026.
Why Soil to Soul Commons Exists
Soil to Soul Commons is being created to support the people who grow and make what sustains our communities.
Many food systems ask farmers and makers to carry the most risk while receiving the smallest share of value. We are designing a different approach, one rooted in fairness, transparency, and long-term partnership.
Our goal is simple. Keep farmers farming, regenerative land in production, makers making, and local economies resilient.
What Makes Us Different
Producer-First Model
Farmers and makers receive 70% of every sale. Producers set their own prices.
Relationship Over Volume
No wholesale pressure, forced discounting, or expectation to scale beyond what is sustainable.
Shared Infrastructure
We handle merchandising, inventory systems, and customer education so producers can focus on their farm, ranch, and craft.
Second Life For Local Goods
Unsold items are supported through value-added use, education, and community programming rather than waste.
Who This Is For
A good fit if you are a producer who:
Grows or makes locally and with care
Values relationship over speed or scale
Wants fair, transparent compensation
Practices ethical and sustainable principles
May not be a fit if you are seeking:
Wholesale pricing or high-volume distribution
Short-term, one-off transactional sales
Clarity now supports respect later.
How It Will Work
Soil to Soul Commons is being developed as shared infrastructure designed to reduce the administrative burden producers often carry alone.
As the project takes shape, this includes:
- Producer-led pricing and inventory decisions
- Transparent sales tracking and reporting
- Consistent payout schedules
- Support for storytelling, merchandising, and customer connection
- Community meals, workshops, and education connected to local food and craft
Details will continue to evolve in conversation with producers.
